We operate a 24-hour Virtual Check-In System, in the afternoon on the day of your arrival you will receive an SMS message. This message gives you your own unique key safe PIN and your apartment number. You then just enter this PIN into the key safe mounted to the wall adjacent to reception to collect your key. If you require any assistance, please use the intercom above the key safe.

Check in time is 2.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am on the day of your departure.

Should you wish to stay a little longer, please contact reception the day prior to your departure and every effort will be made to assist you. Charges may apply.

The Housekeeping Department retains lost property for a period of one month. Should you need to trace lost items please contact Reservations. It is the responsibility of the guest to request items to be returned and postage will be charged as per Australia Post’s satchel prices.

One Bedroom Suites are serviced daily free of charge as there are no laundry facilities available. If you do not wish to have your room serviced please use the sign attached to the door handle notifying the housekeepers you would like privacy. Should excessive rubbish or dirty dishes be left in the apartment?

Two Bedroom Apartments are fully self-contained with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It is the responsibility of the guest to maintain the apartment during their stay and dispose of their own rubbish. A Rubbish receptacle is located next to the visitor parking for the occupier's convenience. For guests staying in excess of one week, we offer a complimentary mid-week service.
In-room refreshments such as Tea and Coffee and Amenities including toilet paper, tissues and detergents are provided complimentary as an initial service only. Additional Supplies can be purchased at reception. If you would like an additional service this can be arranged through reception - Charges will apply.
Should excessive rubbish or dirty dishes be left in the apartment on departure FEES WILL APPLY.

If you encounter any faulty equipment during your stay we would appreciate you advising Reception. This would allow us to rectify the problem promptly thereby avoiding disappointing other guests. If for some reason you are dissatisfied about equipment or services within the apartment please do not hesitate to inform us. This feedback allows us to constantly improve our services.

Guests are reminded that under NO circumstances are animals permitted on the premises. Failure to comply will lead to immediate eviction.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in apartments. There are ashtrays provided on the balcony for you to smoke, please ensure to keep the sliding doors shut. If smoking is evident in your apartment, a minimum $200 fee will be charged.

The Victoria Apartments is a self-check-in hotel, with our reception team working remotely our hours are from 9 am - 7 pm, please contact us if you would like assistance with any special request. For after-hours assistance please call 03 5568 6050

Provisions have been made for one car park per apartment, which is in a shared allocated lock up garage, Street parking is non-restricted and free, located on Bank street.
If you have more than one car you will park it on Bank Street or in the visitor car spaces.
Vehicles are left at owners risk, no responsibility is taken for theft or damage

Please ensure you always use the remote control to open and close the roller door.
(Avoid using the manual cord as this will cause the door to release from the chain and will not operate with the remote)
For your safety & security. please remember to lock the apartment with your room key when leaving.

In order to promote a pleasant environment for our guests. The Victoria Apartments has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. In appreciation for your fellow guest please keep noise to a minimum especially after 10 pm.
Please also be mindful that the bathroom fans are ducted through to the ceiling cavity. please ensure bathroom lights are switched off when not in use.
Two-Bedroom Apartment Guests staying in Two Bedroom "B" Apartments. you may not be aware, but the compressor for your Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning system is located at ground level, outside the downstairs "A" One Bedroom Suites bedroom. The guests in the "A" One Bedroom Suite are affected by the noise from your A/C unit, so we seek your co-operation in not running it overnight out of consideration for other guests.
